We are located at 199 Grafton Street in the Polyclinic building.
Our office is on the main level, directly across the hall from Lawton's Drugstore in suite 101.

If you have an urgent or emergent medical issue outside these hours, please access your local walk-in clinc, urgent care, or emergency room services.
